Katie began her career in property management in 2015 and founded SignTime Property Management in 2018. Since then, she has built a company recognized as the highest-rated and most-reviewed management firm in Hagerstown, supported by an outstanding team. In her free time, Katie enjoys reading—participating in multiple book clubs each month—hiking, and traveling with her husband, Justin, all while cherishing time with their two hound dogs.

Megan,  Property Manager & Leasing Manager
Megan is a seasoned property management professional with over 13 years of experience and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Kaplan University. She is currently pursuing her Maryland Real Estate License to enhance her ability to support property owners and tenants. Outside of work, Megan enjoys cheering on her two teenage boys at baseball games and traveling with her fiancé, a Monster Truck driver, across the country. A devoted animal lover, Megan shares her home with three dogs, ferrets, and a chameleon.

Justin, Maintenance Supervisor
Justin joined SignTime Property Management as Maintenance Supervisor in March 2024, bringing years of hands-on experience from his previous career as a mechanic. He takes pride in overseeing all maintenance projects and ensuring the projects are completed in a timely, cost effective manner. In his free time, Justin enjoys playing disc golf, fishing, camping, and traveling with his wife, Katie.
